You can do this by placing the pillow in the freezer for about 10 minutes or in a plastic bag with a cooling element for about an hour. When the coolness decreases, you can turn the pillow over, so that you can enjoy the cooling a little longer. Tired eyes are treated even better when the pillow is slightly warmer than body temperature. Place the eye pillow in the microwave for 30 to a maximum of 60 seconds at a high temperature.
