It turns out that our chakra chocolates do not increase glucose levels (compared to normal chocolate pralines). See graph in photos. The combination of less than 2g of low GI date sugar and nut butter means they release energy slowly and evenly. No sugar spikes, mid-afternoon crashes, brain fog or unfocused feelings that other sugary chocolates and snacks can cause.
