The brass spoons are handmade by a great artisan family in India, so that we can create the perfect portion when making drinks. Rinse the spoon after each use and dry with a soft cloth. Do not leave the spoon submerged in water. The brass does not oxidize if it is properly cared for. Any deposits can be removed by applying an acidic agent, such as lemon juice. In addition, only dry with a soft cloth or sponge: do not use abrasives when cleaning.
