Copper drinking bottles (tamba) have been made and used in India for over 200 years. According to ancient Indian Ayurveda, drinking water from a copper bottle helps to balance the three energies that circulate through the human body, the Doshas (Vata-air element, Kapha-water element and Pitta-fire element). This copper drinking bottle is designed and produced with this philosophy in mind.

  • Only suitable for cold water
  • Not for milk, citrus and acidic liquids
  • Made in India
  • Do not wash in the dishwasher
  • Clean with natural soap, soft sponge and room temperature water
  • To make the copper shine use lemon wedges or copper polish
  • Do not expose to direct sunlight

Copper discolours due to oxidation. The material can also show spots. To make the copper shine, use lemon wedges or copper polish.

Extra tips
Koper verkleurt t.g.v. oxidatie. Tevens kan het materiaal vlekken vertonen. Om het koper te laten glanzen gebruik citroenpartjes of koperpoets.
