Tomβs mission is to eat sustainably, without sacrificing pleasure, taste or nutrition. He shares how we can all be part of a delicious, bio-diverse food system. Without extra costs, you can eat healthier and tastier with local and seasonal ingredients.
Using scientific research, Tom substantiates his argument in a clear, accessible and positive way. Then follow his delicious, mostly plant-based, recipes, from breakfast to salad and from family meals to sweet treats. The mainly vegetarian and vegan recipes follow the seasons.
