An essential oil, obtained by steam distillation of the flowering tops of the true lavender. The plant grows between 800 and 1800 meters altitude. The yield of lavender is around 1%. For a good quality oil, between 100 and 150 kilos of lavender flowers are needed for 1 liter! True lavender oil can therefore not be cheap. This oil is multifunctional and can be used by everyone. The oil is known for its soothing, calming and relaxing effect. Can even be used on wounds.

How to use: The oil is very concentrated, use the oil very sparingly. * Use in a vaporizer or on a tissue, breathe in several times. * Drop on your pillowcase before going to sleep. * Also wonderful with massage oil, or in the bath for relaxation. * Occasionally use a drop in your night care. * Drop on the laundry bags when washing clothes etc. * Massage onto the temples for headaches, insomnia and despondency.
Extra tips: Because the oil is organic, you can use it in the kitchen. Add 1 to 2 drops of lavender to a jar of salt.
