This simple and elegant tea strainer is handcrafted from solid brass. Designed to rest on the rim of a mug, or use the tightly woven basket to strain the leaves/tea from a larger pot. Excellent for teas that don't require long steeping: the gold-plated brass strainer will weather slightly over time, developing a beautiful patina. Rinse the strainer after each use and pat it dry with water and lemon juice, if necessary.
